The Biotech start-up expo - 2022 was a two-day event being held on the 9th and 10th of June.  It was organized by the department of biotechnology and the biotechnology industry researched assistance council (BIARC).  It was held to mark the completion of ten years of BIARC. The theme of the expo was ‘biotech start-up innovations: towards Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the biotech start-up expo - 2022 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on 9th June at 10:30. And it had been followed by his address on the occasion.
The expo is acted as a platform to connect entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, scientists, researchers, bio-incubators, manufacturers, regulators, government officials, etc.  About 300 stalls had been set up at the expo, which showcase the applications of biotechnology in various fields such as healthcare, genomics, biopharma, agriculture, industrial biotechnology, waste-to-value, and clean energy, among others.  In this, we had set up a stall to showcase our product “plantegg”, Where Plantegg was selected under the following:

Plantegg is a plant-based egg protein alternative in a masala omelette form.
We mainly target protein and micronutrient deficiency, which almost 60% of the Indian population is suffering from it, and also across the globe.
We have utilized around 12 plant ingredients that are native to our locality.
Globally, any vegan replacement product works on Soy or Isolated Protein or Synthetic inputs, where we avoided soy.
The product is in powder form, you just need to blend with the required water and pour it on a hot pan, to get a vegetarian masala omelette in 5 min
Where we have not used any preservatives or emulsifiers or even extracts/ isolates.
