Plantegg Bhurji

Serving size- 1 person

Ingredients

Plantegg- 3 packets || Oil- 2-3 tsp || Mustard- ½ tsp || Finely chopped Onions- ½ cup || Chopped tomato- ½ cup || Coriander chopped- 2 tsp || Water- 60ml

Usage Instruction

Step 1- Unbox the Plantegg box and take 3 packets of Plantegg.
Step 2- Fill a bowl with 3 packets of Plantegg, pour 60ml of water and mix well.
Step 3- Heat some oil in a fry pan.
Step 4- Stir mustard seeds until the pop.
Step 5- Add onion and fry till golden brown and add tomato as well.
Step 6- Now pour the Plantegg in pan and stir.
Step 7- Leave for a minute and stir.
Step 8- Do the same for 5 minutes.
Step 9- Serve hot in plate and enjoy the yummy Plantegg.

Plantegg Masala Omelette

Serving size- 1 person

Ingredients

Plantegg- 1 || Water- 40ml

Usage Instruction

Step 1- Empty the sachet of plant egg into a bowl.
Step 2- Add 40 ml of water and mix it well without any lumps.
Step 3- Heat a pan on medium heat and grease it with few drops of oil.
Step 4- Pour plantegg mix on hot pan, and put few drops of oil around the omlette.
Step 5- After 2 minutes tilt it to other side and allow it to cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 6- Your yummy plantegg is now ready to eat.

Plantegg Burger Patties

Serving size- 1 person

Ingredients

Plantegg- 2 packets || Oil- 2-3 tsp || Mustard- ½ tsp || Finely chopped Onions- ½ cup || Chopped tomato- ½ cup || Capsicum- ¼ cup || Peas- 5 grams || Potato- 10 grams || Bread Crums- 2 breads || Coriander chopped- 2 tsp || Water- 80ml

Step 1- - Unbox the Plantegg box and take 2 packets of Plantegg.
Step 2- Fill a bowl with 2 packets of Plantegg, pour 80ml of water using measuring cup and mix well.
Step 3- Heat some oil in a fry pan.
Step 4- Stir mustard seeds until the pop.
Step 5- Add onion and fry till golden brown and add tomato as well.
Step 6- Add capsicum, peas and potato and mix well.
Step 7- Roll as patty balls and tilt in bread crumbs.
Step 8- On a hot pan, tap the patty ball and toast until golden brown.
Step 9- Serve as cutlets or with burger patties.
Step 10- Garnish with coriander and enjoy the evening snack.

Serving size- 1 person

Ingredients

Plantegg- 3 packets || Oil- 2-3 tsp || Mustard- ½ tsp || Finely chopped Onions- ½ cup || Chopped carrot- ¼ cup || Chopped carrot- ¼ cup || Chopped carrot- ¼ cup || Chopped carrot- ¼ cup || Chopped carrot- ¼ cup || Salt- If needed
